Georgio has been working in the interior design field for the past 15 years. He has studied at Tobe Coburn School of Fashion Careers of NYC and Moore College of Art & Design of Philadelphia. Combining his experience in the fashion world and his passion of interior design, Georgio uses the mixture of texture, light, color and placement to bring out the clients vision with his personal touch.
Georgio's work goes beyond residential interiors to include commercial design specializing in restaurants. Growing up in a family of restaurant owners and working in the business, Georgio has used his background once again to design the first "Green" Diner in America, The East Bay Diner of Long Island, NY. His other commercial design accomplishments include The Harvest Restaurant, (Westbury, NY), The Premiere Diner,(Commack, NY), and his most recent, the Colony Diner, (East Meadow, NY). Georgio worked with builder/contractor Peter Alexis of Progressive Contracting along with each owner to create individual themes of these restaurants.
Georgio, now has collaborated with Stavra Kalina, award winning photographer artist to create personal designer walls. Clients and their families through the relationship of photography, location, color scheme and design become the focal point of the room in a form of art.
